Plain Weave Metal Wire Mesh Conveyor Belt 30meters
Chain-driven metal mesh belts should be considered whenever timing, transfer, and/or positive belt drive are important such as travel-up inclines, under heavy loads, for long distances, through quenching liquids, cooking oils or other slippery conditions. Mesh selections include: Balanced weave, appropriate for most conditions; Gratex for a closer mesh; and conventional weave for a straight clear opening.
Chain selection depends on strength and speed required. The most frequently used is roller chain, employed for most room-to-medium temperature applications and pintle chain, recommended for heavier loads and higher temperatures. Due to important specialized nature of applications requiring these products, our engineers and market experts work with you to create the best, custom belt for your needs.
